Employer responsibilities
Employers using Territory Jobs agree to:

- Only post genuine employment opportunities
- Comply with Australian employment and anti-discrimination laws
- Respond to applications in a fair and timely manner where possible
- Not request upfront payments or sensitive documents inappropriately
Job seeker responsibilities
Job seekers agree to:
- Provide truthful information in applications and profiles
- Apply only for roles they are genuinely interested in
- Exercise caution and verify employers before sharing sensitive information
- Report suspicious listings or behaviour
Reporting abuse
Users can report suspicious jobs or abusive behaviour through the platform or our contact form. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action at our discretion.
No guarantee of employment
Territory Jobs is a listing platform only. We do not guarantee that any job seeker will find employment, or that any employer will find suitable candidates. We are not a party to any employment agreement between users.
Listing review
We review employers and job listings but do not warrant that all content is accurate or free from risk. Users are responsible for their own due diligence.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Territory Jobs is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or reliance on job listings.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
